SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Site. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the process. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, Store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy and exchange.

Returns


All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. All packaging must be included.

 

Return Process


To return an item, place it security in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address!

Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 3-8 days depending on Card issuer's policy.
